Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:
• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Customers must provide valid bank details for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
In case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, shipping charges may be applicable.
